If I could describe my childhood in one word, it would be chaotic. My mother moved often, either chasing relationships or seeking a fresh start. When I was four, she abruptly relocated us to the West Coast, cutting off my connection to my father. That loss stayed with me permanently.

A few years later, we moved to England after she met someone online; a wealthier man who would become my stepfather. Their relationship was volatile, toxic and deeply unstable. I was placed in boarding school, where I learned to hide; sometimes in libraries, sometimes in bathroom stalls to eat my lunch… always searching for a sense of belonging I couldn’t quite grasp.

Like my mother, I became a shapeshifter, mirroring my environment and acting out in my teens for scraps of attention. I longed to be seen and to be loved.

In my early twenties, after going back and forth to a toxic relationship, I made a final decision to move back to America. Soon after returning, I went on a journey to find my father. I discovered he was in the hospital and we met a few months before he died. Our reunion was devastatingly brief but soul-changing. In that moment, I knew the universe prepared me for this encounter my entire life. It gave me a precious gift.

That experience cracked me open. It awakened a deep spiritual knowing I had long buried. I began to connect with something greater; with the Earth, with my intuition, with a version of myself I had never known. I found a mother in the wind, the trees and in Artemis. I set boundaries that honored my soul. I called in a divine partnership. And I built a spiritual business rooted in everything I had reclaimed: rhythm, wildness, sovereignty and the sacred.
